Ingredients:
1lb of ground pork sausage
1 head of bibb lettuce
1 tsp Joseph-Que (Dom's Magic Dust)
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp sesame seeds
4 tsp hoisin sauce
2 cloves of minced garlic
2 scallions
A few Wood skewers
Directions: Take ground sausage and mix in minced garlic, Joseph-Que, ginger, one scallion chopped,and two teaspoons of hoisin sauce. Take sausage clumps about a 1.5 inch ball worth and mold around skewer working your way down so that mold looks like a popsicle. Grill over direct heat until cooked through and temps with food thermometer at 165°. Take cooked sausage and lay in a leaf of bibb lettuce. Drizzle with remaining hoisin sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds and remaining chopped scallion. Roll lettuce around sausage and enjoy!
